Sanitary Pressure Gauge Audits
CL Valve Process Solutions offers sanitary pressure gauge audits. We have the only repairable pressure gauges in the business. All of our pressure gauges, thermometers, and sanitary temperature transmitters are calibrated by direct comparison to master gauges, which are periodically referred to as one or more of the primary standards traceable to the National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), aimed at offering continued and improved maintenance programs.
Safety & Pressure Relief Valve Repair
CL Valve Process Solutions provides full-service pressure relief and safety valve repair for air, steam and liquid service. We only use original parts and guarantee that we will return your valve to a better or like-new condition, so you can be fully assured that your valves will work properly.
Steam Trap Survey
CL Valve Process Solutions offers a Steam Trap Survey, which is performed using an ultrasonic diagnostic tool that detects leaks in steam traps and a laser beam temperature sensor. All studies are completed and best achieved by implementing a regular maintenance schedule, which includes identification of the complete steam trap population and labelling with durable yellow numeric tags. Steam traps are inspected to ensure that they are the right type for the application and that they are correctly installed.
